Shipping times will vary depending upon your location. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes 2 to 7 days. Express shipping is also available. Please call for a quote. All shipment are sent factory-direct via UPS.

Austin Healthmate air cleaners are backed by a manufacturer's 5 year mechanical assembly warranty under normal residential use, as well as a 5 year pro-rated HEPA cartridge warranty!

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with a air purifier purchased at, you can request an exchange or may simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund, less shipping costs (approximately US$40 for an HM400 or HM400+ / US$25 for an HM200JR).

Please note that all returns must be authorized in advance by our staff. Please contact us in advance for a return address and a return authorization number (RA#) which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us except in the event that a warranty replacement unit is being accepted. We recommend that all packages shipped to us be insured and clearly marked with the appropriate RA#. Packages not clearly marked with the appropriate RA# may be refused and returned to the sender at his/her expense. is not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. All returns must be received at our warehouse no more than 30 days from the date the return authorization was issued. Packages arriving more than 30 days after the date of issuance of the return authorization number may be subject to an additional restocking fee of 20% or refused.

All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow 7-10 days for refund processing after arrival of the goods at the warehouse.
