Mildew/Mold

1. There are many Mildew and Mold species that contaminate buildings, pools, sidewalks, and homes that have high moisture contents.

2. In order to grow, Mildew and Mold require cellulose, oxygen, and a constant supply of water.

3. Spread by tiny spores, Mildew will eventually develop into Mold and will cause an unpleasant, musty odor. The tiny spores serve to decay/digest organic matter on the surface.

4. Mildew and Mold are major contributors to poor air quality and building related illnesses. They can cause mild to severe allergic reactions depending on exposure and sensitivity.
