Best Price Guarantee We will not be undersold! If you find a lower advertised price anywhere, we will beat it! Simply call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 to order and provide proof of the lower price (fax copy of flyer or provide name and phone number of store so we can verify their price). Obviously, the product must be the same and be in the same condition (new). Our best price guarantee applies to advertised prices of a competitor at the time of your original order only. Shipping and Taxes Most of our prices include ground shipping at no extra charge. Shipping times vary depending upon your location. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes 2 to 7 days. Express shipping is also available for most products - please call us at 1-866-376-2690 for a quote. Shipping insurance is also included at no extra charge! Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it. If you notice any damage, please inform us immediately so we can send a replacement to you right away. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. For your convenience, we have warehouses in both the USA and Canada. Most shipments are made via UPS, however, FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service, Canada Post, and other carriers may be used to improve delivery times to certain destinations. No taxes are charged on orders that are shipped to the United States or internationally. 5% GST or 13% HST, as applicable, will be charged on all shipments to Canada. 7% PST will also be added to orders shipped to British Columbia, Canada.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with a air purifier purchased at AirPurifiersandFilters.com, please contact us as soon as possible such that we may be able to assist you in resolving any problems you are experiencing. If we are unable to remedy your concerns, you can request an exchange or may return the product within 30 days of original purchase for a full credit or refund, less our actual original shipping costs. Please note that all returns must be authorized in advance by our staff. Please contact us in advance for a return address and a return authorization number (RA#) which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us except in the event that a warranty replacement unit is being accepted due to a product defect or shipping damage. We recommend that all packages shipped to us be insured and clearly marked with the appropriate RA#. Packages not clearly marked with the appropriate RA# may be refused and returned to the sender at his/her expense. AirPurifiersandFilters.com is not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. All returns must be received at our warehouse no more than 30 days from the date the return authorization was issued. Packages arriving more than 30 days after the date of issuance of the return authorization number may be subject to an additional restocking fee of 20% or refused. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow 7-10 days for refund processing after arrival of the goods at the warehouse.
